Guatemala ASPROGUATE is a washed coffee that shines for its balance and versatility. At every roast level, it carries a consistent foundation of chocolatey richness, orange-toned brightness, and agave sweetness. In a light roast, it’s refreshing and playful, reminiscent of an orange creamsicle with layers of milky chocolate, agave, and a hint of floral. Roasted to medium, the body becomes rounder and more lingering while the citrus deepens into a brûléed orange, soft and smooth against the chocolate base. Medium-dark brings out nougat, dark chocolate, and toasted almond, accented by the caramelized citrus. Taken darker still, the cup leans toward almond brittle, baking spices, and rich dark chocolate, with agave sweetness holding it all together. Approachable yet multifaceted, ASPROGUATE is a comforting daily cup that never feels ordinary.
